At hightide these groynes are completely hidden but as the sea falls back they reveal their catch.
Since moving to Sussex I have been inspired by the pockets of woodland all around. The picture draws
me in, I want to see what the wood is like inside.

The temptation at Rye
Harbour is to look out to sea but the views back to where you came from are just as interesting. Here the old abandoned life
boat building sits high on a shingle bank.

can be found throughout Britain and although very like the narrow lanes close to my home this is in Devon where I spent the
summer.
