I can highly recommend Mark's art class, it's relaxed,
friendly and inspirational. I have learned loads in the last three years, and enjoyed every lesson. Thank you Mark.

As a novice artist I have a great debt of gratitude
to Mark for introducing me to the basic techniques required, which he has imparted with considerable skill and mutual interest. I have no hesitation in recommending his enjoyable and informative classes to fellow artists of all standards. Angela.

Mark's classes are very friendly and informal and he has
a knack of bringing out the best in his students, whatever their experience. Janet.

If "happiness is being able to relax and enjoy oneself
but also to achieve things that are worthwhile" then happiness resides at Mark's Art Classes. For three years,
I have received excellent tuition and the benefit of Mark's expertise and experience. I always come away from his class
encouraged and re-vitalised. Anne.

I first attended Mark Fisher's Art Class nearly two years
ago. I wanted to learn to use acrylic paint but, of course, one has to be able to draw to get good results, so I started
with the basics learning to draw, life drawing, then pastels, pen and wash and , of course lastly, acrylic painting with mixed
media. Mark is supportive on any painting I wish to attempt, even if he thinks it's beyond my capabilities, but I
like a challenge and his confidence in me gives me confidence in myself. In the past six months I have improved so much
and getting great enjoyment from my paintings in leaps and bounds because of the tuition from Mark, and the happy atmosphere
we work in. Anne.

I had been watercolour painting
for some years but felt there were other aspects of art I knew little about.
Working with Mark has introduced me to a wide and varied approach to my
current work. I now enjoy pastel, pencil and ink drawing, acrylic and watercolour painting. I have also worked on subject matter
that I once feared eg life drawing. Being in a small group ensures that Mark has ample time for one to one tuition. As a result
I feel that my art work has greatly improved . This is backed by favourable
comments from friends and family. Jenny.

"I can think
of no better way to learn and appreciate art than in a small informal class, with a helpful, knowledgeable teacher
like Mark." Juliet.

I have been a pupil of Mark Fisher on a half
day a week basis for about three years, and it is marvellous what he has taught a class of elderly people in this time.
Starting with little ability and no experience we have progressed to producing work which is pleasing to ourselves and other
people. Jenifer.

'Mark's classes are small and friendly.
He is both enthusiastic and encouraging as well as being a very good teacher and professional artist. He manages to
convey his love of painting to us all!' Stella.

'I joined Mark's classes 9
months ago and since then he has given me the confidence to try different styles of art and even to be able to hang a few
completed works on the wall! He has a gentle, supportive and encouraging manner which make his classes great fun whilst working
and concentrating. I look forward to going each week and wish I could join in the all-day classes, on offer from time to time,
but time-wise I am unable to do so apart from the odd one. Hopefully a life-style change will enable me to attend more than
once a week.' Hazel.
